Hawaii Filmmakers Collective – Annual Member’s Only Insurance Program
 
Aloha Annual HFC Members, through a joint effort of the Hawaii Filmmaker Collective Board and Adams & Associates Insurance, eligible HFC members can now access insurance products to cover your film making activities. The insurance program is unique to HFC and the first of its kind made available to people involved in film making in Hawaii through YOUR affiliation with HFC. Please note that due to the longer term nature of insurance, only Annual HFC members qualify for this offer.
 
INSURANCE OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
General Liability Insurance – Limits starting at $1,000,000 per occurrence
  • 1 – 6 Days of Insurance Coverage
  • Short Term Insurance – Up to 6 months of coverage
  • Annual Insurance – Up to 12 months of coverage
Property Insurance – Coverage for your valuable camera equipment
Excess/Umbrella Liability Insurance – $1,000,000 up to $5,000,000 (as required by a lease, permit, etc.)
Accident Insurance Protection – Medical Expense Coverage for Actors, Crew or Other Film Participants during the Shoot (Optional)
Professional Liability Insurance
 
HOW TO APPLY:
  1. Click on the link to download the simplified application – SHORT FILM APPLICATION
  2. Complete, sign and return the application with a copy of any lease, permit or rental agreement
  3. Provide complete information on any additional insured requirements (name, address, contact info, etc.)
  4. Email your application to Adams & Associates Insurance at quotes@aaihi.com with a cc to info@hifilmmakers.org
  5. Once eligibility is verified, you will be contacted by a representative of Adams & Associates Insurance to discuss your application and coverage needs
  6. Allow 10 – 14 business days for your application to be reviewed and quoted, once all pertinent information is received by Adams & Associates Insurance
